So we need to get a list of people who are going to buy this, then the first guys sells his $2000 cards to the next one and so on, and so on. Wish there was a more secure way to do this, because for $1500 I'd be in right now, but I have absolutely no need or want for $2000 in Best Buy cards. This is assuming you can use gift cards to purchase this.

Exactly. If I just liquidate the gift cards I'd be right at $2k in the end including tax and install.
That's my basis for the deal. Which is clearly better than BF deal $2600 no install or $2800 at BB both pretax.

Using the GC at BB might turn out better for you.

I believe the warranty at this sales price at BB is $799 for the 5 year. Expensive yes. Will it pay off? that's up to you to decide, but I'm betting with my 24/7 usage. . .

If I got the warranty, and liquidated the rest, I'd be at around $2750. But again that's with 5 year BB warranty, tax, and install.

Or could get a CPS 6 year warranty for under $300.

Thanks OP. Going to buy this and use the gift cards to buy the Sony Quad Speakers which are $2,500.

All In I am getting this TV and the Speaker system for $4,000.

They are essentially valuing this tv at 1500$. They want you to spend the rest on other bb products. I myself love Bestbuy. But 3500 for a tv this size or not. This isn't a smart purchase unless you are rich. IMO of course.

I have the quad and while it's good you are better off with a Sonos system or something close to that. Plus you will need a Sony sub and the sw5 at that. Another 500$. Hope this helps.

So essentially you are getting it for $1500 shipped and installed?!?! AM i misinterpreting this? Why are people down voting this?

$1500 + $179 membership + tax on $3500 comes to about $2000. And, you have to get rid of $2000 in gift cards by exchanging and should net $1700 in cash for the gift cards.

This brings the total to about $2300 with free install. Not a great deal compared to the $900 total for the 85in QNX1D which includes mount as well.

With that said, if you definitely need a 100in TV, then this is a terrific deal for $2300.

Yah, i'm a bit curious why everyone is hating on this. I also currently have a 10% cash back on my capital one card. I just saw this and I think i might get it. I feel like i must be missing something.
