I would recommend the Lunar Lake (226v) cpu over a meteor lake (125H) cpu. The screens SSD wight and RAM seem comparable. The vivobook has an extra USB-A port.
For $100 more, this Zenbook would have to blow me away with its build quality over the vivobook to make me choose it with a less powerful CPU and graphics.

The 14" sturdy metal yet only 2.8 lbs light form factor is a major advantage, and I love how snappy and power efficient the 155H is. Build quality and aesthetics are top tier. Definitely appreciate the 16 GB DDR5 RAM to future proof this for the next 3-4 years, it was a must-have on my requirements. Backlit keyboard was also must have, but the OLED and touchscreen are very appealing extras as well. Not 2-in-1, but I feel that feature is rarely used and worth it if the product is made lighter as a result. The hinge allows the screen to go back quite far if it matters to anyone.
Only drawback so far is that the OLED screen has a tad more glare than typical IPS, but I was expecting this. Also, the colors are amazing and well worth the tradeoff. I'm definitely becoming a fan of Asus and their Zenbooks right now.

The screen on the vivobook shows 400 nits where this zenbook is 500 nits...

OLED screens have 2 brightness ratings -- SDR and HDR. SDR will be the lower and the HDR rating is for when certain parts of the screen need increased brightness, not the entire screen.
Both are likely 400 nits in SDR mode so that may be where it was confusing.
