This or BW px7 for 199 @ costco?
I bought the BW when it was around $300 and it's better sound and quality vs xm4 or Bose. ANC is top notch as well as build quality. It's very light but premium looking. Sonos is good quality but for this price I'd go with Costco and its return policy.

If you're invested in Apple, there's really no comparison. The pairing capabilities between Apple products and the spatial sound features are unmatched. When I put down and pick up the APM, it's instantaneous connection and disconnection. Bluetooth headphones take like 5 seconds to wake up and pair, and will keep playing music for a little bit even after taking it off your head.

There's no 3rd party market for replacement ear pads on this Sonos. There is for APM. I found the Sonos ear pads to be uncomfortable after long use because it basically becomes a heat pad almost. The mesh pad and other 3rd party pads are much more comfortable IMO.
this sound awesome. I really need to get a pair of APMs...

This fits my use case, as my kids and wife wont let me watch any movie on TV even at moderate volume after 9pm. So tv swapping with my arc surround setup is something I am looking for.

Folks who have previously bought from adorama, how easy is their return policy incase these dont fit properly?
I've always said this is the primary use case on these. Super convenient for a TV with an existing Sonos setup.

I was ready to buy one at launch to use with my record player, but the lack of WiFi killed that. Will just keep rocking my XM3 unless Sonos included WiFi in the next iteration.

If u dont mind waiting maybe the px7 s2e. It was $249 yesterday on amazon for white seems like its $289 now but for green. If you care about sound quality hear these are better than the s2. I have the sonos ace and am planning to return those after I compare them.

I have the APM and Sonos Ace (with Arc soundbar). If your primary purpose is to watch movies / TV on the TV in the room that you have your soundbar, then go Sonos as I think the surround sound performance is better for movies in that scenario. I think the APM sounds better for music, especially if you're an Apple Music subscriber, and noise cancellation is better on APM too.

I refuse to believe that anyone audio swaps a sound bar and a headphone. Very few people will use that feature. You use a headphone with a phone or a computer and NOT a TV.

My wife and I use this feature every night. So your mileage may vary.

I would use it, and that is the only reason I considered these. Because my spouse does shift work, we're often on opposite sleep schedules, and it'd be nice to watch TV with a normal volume, rather than resorting to my phone/tablet or having TV at a whisper

I don't post that much but I can speak to these headphones. I've had them since launch and I use them with the Sonos beam version one. They are good for the audio swap and you can use them for gaming. I use them for the Xbox and PlayStation, since my kids and wife are sleep I can usually only game at night. I tend to use them for movies and recently. I watched the penguin on HBO Max and it was pretty nice with the surroundsound they use.

If you use Apple TV, you can also use AirPods Pros, those have been working well for me at night.
