Comfortable sure, but the leather started pealing off in about a years time and the bottom cushion flattened like a pancake. After having the same issue with 2 of these chairs over a 3 year period, I found a cloth chair for roughly the same price on Amazon and haven't looked back.

I have two of these chairs and for the price they are difficult to beat. Had them both for 5 years or so and they still work well. Paint is very cheap and comes off the plastic quickly, other than that well made and pretty comofrtable, even for big people.

I agree. A definite buy at this point.
Had one for not sure how many years but a long time.
Of course, the bonded leather peeled, it ended up looking pretty ugly, but still comfortable.
Seat cushion very soft.
Pneumatic tube gave out after a couple years and replaced that.
I am 6'2" 250 lbs.

Sitting in this chair now, it is quite comfortable. The adjustments however are equally quite lacking.

I just got this chair a month ago. The factory in China, they are made in has very poor quality control. I had to return it because the bolts didn't even fit. The new one I got is now tilts to the left, so I am always leaning to the left. Very low quality.

I'm currently sitting in this chair as I type this. I am 6'1, 220 and have worked from home for over 3 years. 2 of those years I have had this chair and it's been nothing short of amazing, seriously. I tried every ergonomic, ass supporting, cushy thing I could find and nothing worked. My wife is a teacher and now has 5, yes 5, of my old chairs in her classrom because they were trash for those long iron-ass meetings.I can't say enough good things about it.

I did add some different wheels from Amaxon because I am on carpet and the ones that came with it didn't roll at all. Other than that, this chair has been an ass-saver for me and is holding up very well.

I like Serta because they're the only reasonably priced brand I've found that puts coils in the seat of many of their chairs. It's a world of different vs. sponge/foam that WILL compress and flatten over time.

I bought this chair in April 2022: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Serta-.../254000164

It's the Big & Tall version. I'm not extremely big nor tall (5'10", 215 lb). I figured if it's made for large people it should last me a while? The fake leather has not peeled. It's sturdy and comfortable. It creaks a bit if I wiggle side to side but considering I've used it 8-10 hours every weekday for the past 3 years I'm happy w/ it.
