just to warn you, I picked up a virus on an underwear site tonight while viewing hotties. It's been cleaned, but I'm now having internet explorer 'issues' over and over (I gave up on coupons.com, as it wouldn't even get to the second page before it would say "we've experienced an error and must close" ).

It's now blatantly obvious to me that you can show more *cough* details *cough* OMG with clothes ON...

I know some of y'all were talking about fruity prices, well I ran into T to get milk (it was 9:50 pm and I was on the way to the movies) and while I was in there I saw we had strawberries on sale for $1.25 a package. Yahoo! I picked up a package since that was more than half off!!! There was no sign on our grapes and I didnt scan them to see, but I plan to go back to T tomorrow Evil

No not all T's do. I know my friend in rural IL says only one of her T's that she goes to (all within a 2-4 hour drive OMG) has a photo counter. I was telling her that I have been getting the SF cards there forever, and she SF's too, so she was always searching, but in electronics. I never thought to tell her they were at the photo counter, since all my T's have them. Doh Well it came up in convo once and then it was like bulb and she was able to find them. They also have Kodak GC's too at the photo counters for Kodak's online photo site. Well they used to at least. I haven't done much outside of SF (and Artscow) for a while though.

I got a virus from a torrent site once too. I was downloading a torrent and I was supposed to press the button that says "download torrent" and instead I clicked one that said :download now" BIG MISTAKE!!!! I had to give up my one lappy for a day! It was sick, but luckily my bro nursed it back to health!!!

Umm... I've noticed that they are up at the front, usually in the area right by Customer Service.

So, had a strange T trip today. It was good in the sense that everything I needed/wanted was in stock and there was a fine selection of cashiers, but it ended kind of bad/awkward because of my experience at the registers. I got in line and the lady in front of me was just starting to check out. She was annoying and obnoxious from the start, hogging the lane up, not moving her cart, talking on the phone. This lady, for some reason, was just getting more and more agitated at each item that was scanned. She bought a bag of cherries, then proceeded to hasle the cashier because the total for the bag was 6 bucks.

Bottle of shampoo is scanned - "$22?! NO that ain't right, that was on some price cut thing or somethin', takethatoffrightnowthankyou."

She bought two Lysol sensormatic things for $5.99 (apparently she doesn't know the good deal that was going on awhile ago on those things) and as those are scanned, she got even more hostile.

"What was $5.99?!"

By now, the cashier was frustrated, even I sensed the attitude going on. Finally the cashier - who was this little Spanish lady - just looks at the customer, who keeps talking on the phone. The lady notices and looks at her back and starts to raise her voice a little.

"I SAID WHAT. WAS. FIVE. NINETY. NINE."

Finally the cashier responds.

"Please don't speak to me like that, you don't have to yell at me."

All hell broke loose after that. The customer gets extremely angry, starts snapping back, "I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU, IF I WAS YELLING I'D BE LOUDER, NOW TELL ME WHAT WAS 5.99 OR GET ME A MANAGER RIGHT NOW."

"Yes, but please, you don't have to give me an attitude about everythin--"

"NO I DON'T CARE, WHERE IS THE MANAGER? YOU'RE THE ONE WHO CAN'T TELL ME WHAT COST 5.99..."

I just grabbed my three things off the belt and went to the farthest register.

It made me a little sad inside. I hate seeing confrontations like that, it reminds me of when I was in high school and worked in customer service. Why are people like this? Do they not check the price tags? Do they not have common courtesey? I expect this from people at Walmart, but at my beloved ST?

Sigh.

My Targets don't have photo counters (or SB for that matter). One has a little cubby off of electronics with a drop box for film developing though, but I've never seen any GC's near it. Is the photo counter at T a counter with an employee behind it like where they do the one hour developing and stuff, or just a drop off section?

The photo counter is usually near the front of the store and there will usually be an employee there processing film, etc. HTH!

get a pack of koolaid Tropical Punch (blue bag) is the norm has to be unsweetened kool aid though. add some salt Mix and then get a pickle (cold preferebly) and sprinkle some on pickle drool
