I don't think this is worth it at 2 years old. There are so many options coming out soon with faster chips.

No that's not all I do with it, I play AAA games from steam and battlenet as well . It's just nice having a handheld that plays emulators without too much configuration. I didn't need to upgrade it to play those games it's just nice having the extras. and I didnt spend $700. I got a open box 2 years ago for $300.

i'm confused about what these are.... mini pc with a GPU cable of playing games on a 7" sceen?
You mention running switch emulations... you can do this with a android device as well. I don't use Steam or others.... if I want a game I usually download it from unethical places and I am limited the game by itself, not playing with others online.
Based on what I do... I would need a HUGE hard drive, thinking like 4TB.

The Z1 extreme version of the Legion Go S with 32 gb RAM was available for $770 on prime Day (at best buy); the model you're referring to for $590 had the inferior Z2 go processor.

I am literally on mine right now and I hate this device. Any AAA games even old ones struggle. I cannot wait to replace this thing.
