Amazon has the Roku Streaming Stick 4K - HDR & Dolby Vision Roku Streaming Device for TV with Voice Remote & Long-Range Wi-Fi - Free & Live TV on sale for $25.
Note that this is the Roku "Streaming Stick 4K" released in 2021, while most other retailers (Best Buy, etc) including Amazon are also selling the recently released "Streaming Stick Plus 2025 (4K)" for $19-20 during BF.
The 2021 model has Dolby Vision and Dolby Atoms while the 2025 version doesn't. There are other differences I know of, like 2025 is smaller, uses a different CPU, USB-C power instead of micro USB, AC adapter no longer included, but otherwise they are very similar: 1GB RAM, 4GB flash, WiFi 5 802.11ac MIMO (the 2021 comes with a "USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi® Receiver" for supposingly more reliable connection), both support AV1 codec.
For OP's 2021 stick, earn 20% back ($5 in points, so $20 after cash back) on this item when you pay with your Prime Visa Card, Prime Store Card or Amazon Prime Secured Card members with an eligible Prime membership.. Ends on Nov 30: https://www.amazon.com/l/17985366011. That's in lieu of the regular 3%/5%/6% back with Prime Visa card.
