I got an iPhone 13 Pro 256gb for free basically through Verizon. But I was promised a battery with at least 90% health and got one with 82%. Which wasn't good. I priced out how much apple would charge to replace it, and Verizon covered the cost of a new battery. Score!

Hi all, I want to replace my 65% battery iPhone with a cloudy front camera. So I am thinking abt either this one with the 20% off paypal discount (so ~$339 after that), or the Apple iPhone 15 - Unlocked for $499 (from here, https://slickdeals.net/f/18876724-apple-iphone-15-unlocked-pristine-black-box-with-code-gravy-450? and code no longer work)
May I ask if this one is a good deal? Or I should keep waiting? I am very not familar with all the Pro/ProMax/E difference, so it has been hard... thanks!

Not a good deal..
​Apple recommends replacing the battery if maximum capacity is below 80%. A weak battery can mean costly repairs.

Yeah I realized a while ago this site is no longer for really good deals. Most deals are just lukewarm at best. A lot of deals are fake deals and are complete junk.
