Until this year ive had zero problems with it. However mine is currently out of service because the door track basically wore out the washer that it slides on, so the door doesn't properly shut. Thats the first problem ive had after 7.5 years of near daily use. My problem is DIY fixable but still annoying because its tedious.
There are other posts on here where people have complained about bad luck with the knobs, but ive never experienced those issues. I turn the knobs slowly though instead of trying to spin them so maybe thats a factor. These other knob types of problems people have had do not seem DIY fixable, but i don't think they are super common issues.

It looks pretty beat up and it's basically just blackened from years of baking, but I'm still debating whether I even need to replace it if it still works.
People who bought it recently and are having problems - yeah, maybe it's just not the same level of quality as it used to be.
Is a nice toaster oven but will replace with the Ninja XL. The button is so annoying.
Im sharing this on the off chance you still have it after all this time, or maybe if someone else is having similar issues to what we experienced.
This is the video i found about how to potentially fix the door issue im having. My door doesn't close all the way and wont move forward beyond a certain point. I think the bushing wore down and is causing the exact issues thos guy shows in the video.
Unfortunately breville doesn't seem to offer or even acknowledge the part exists so im going to do the DIY approach and rig a replacement together so it can become a functional oven again because microwave life sucks lol
