I got 5 of these from TEMU for $2.

They work great on my chargers.

These are a commodity item now and Amazon is full of offerings at half the price. Pretty sure you would just be paying for the brand name on this one.

I have one of these adapters. (Not the same brand but looks exactly the same)
My samsung s24 had a problem being charged from the usb-A port of my 100w 20k powerbank.
I did it as a test.

same usb-c cable into the dedicated usb-c port. charges fine.
The usb-c cable is the one that came with the s24, i think.

Most of those are USB 2.0. These are USB 3.0. Kinda rare actually.

Having said that most people will be using them for USB 2 cables (USB 3 Type-C cables are kinda rare/expensive) so the commodity/cheap ones will work for most.

If using the usb-a/usb-c adapter with a usb-c to usb-c or usb-c to lighting cable to power/charge anything it will decrease the power output:

"Note: Android phones support up to 18w fast charging, and Apple phones support up to 7.5w charging"

Only suggest that adapter for data transfer if no other options exist.

The test is whether they can actually hit the rated speed.
These things are finicky, I had a c to a braided ugreen pigtail that wouldn't go past 5Gbps, but to be fair it wasn't rated for it.

Ugreen as a brand has been hit and miss right now. Their NAS devices are all over YouTube right now because of the extremely generous affiliate program Ugreen is running and all the YouTubers are cashing in.
