My left bumper failed before a year, and I primarily play PlayStation. Good choice for replacement since all my accessories and transfer over. But I don't like the white color with the black... "Pants"

I agree but you can buy a solid white replacement shell for the front. I just swapped mine and it looks great.

There is a $20 rewards in target circle that is expiring today it seems (2/28). So this deal is really YMMV, you're still paying the sale price of $105 but you will get an $20 target credit for any purchase over $60

They do. They all do. I've gone through 5 in the last 3 1/2 years, including an Elite 2. The last one wasn't covered by warranty anymore, so most recently I waited until a regular controller went on sale and bought the extended warranty since Microsoft doesn't stand behind their crappy manufacturing on purpose, with only a pitiful 90 day warranty.
