Finally gave this a try after using P&S brake buster for a long time. It's much better at cleaning up dirt and old dressing build up off of tires. My favorite way to use it now is spray some directly onto a tire brush and start scrubbing a section of tire/wheel. Clean looking tires show their filth quickly as the foam turns brown. Second pass is almost always clean white foam.
If you have pads that dust a lot I would recommend a dedicated iron remover. NanoSkin Iron Free is less smelly and relatively cheap on Amazon. They all work similar well, but smell like rotten eggs.

lol I remember the last time I bought this I left the jug outside in the sun. The cleaner liquid turned from purple to pink to gray to... green. Just saying.

I finally took the time and really scrubbed my tires to get all the old dressing off. I could not believe the build up or I should say the coating left by something I used since I have only dressed them a few times, '25 with only 3,500 miles. I keep my vehicles very clean but truly cleaning the tires blew my mind which I know sounds ridiculous but just putting it out there for anyone else who totally overlooked how clean they can get.

Dawn takes brake dust off the wheels, and Comet and soapy Dawn do wonders on rubber. $5 and will last all year. Seems like a lot of money for food coloring. Check out ChrisFix on YouTube. Awesome channel.

This wheel cleaner is a 13 ph full strength. Fine for neglected wheels, but overkill for regular maintenance. This can be diluted 1:1, doubling the amount your getting. You can dilute even more if you wash your car on a regular basis. Don't use dawn or household cleaners on your car. It will strip any protection or sealants. Unless thats what you are trying to accomplish.

I mix dish soap, some vinegar, and water into a spray bottle and use a big handled brush handle to get in awkward spots, works pretty well
