Circle offers will hard-limit you to one $10 Target gift card per order, but placing multiple orders back-to-back (it's best to wait for the Apple gift card from order #1 to be delivered to your inbox, then loading the $10 Target gift card to your account before you attempt order #2, and so on) can often get you to 2 or 3 before Target starts canceling orders on you.
Side note: if a Target offer like this is explicitly labeled as a "Circle" offer, then it requires a Circle account and a login to use, and thus makes quantity/order limits much easier to enforce. There have been a few gift card deals I've posted in the past, including one from this week that expires today (https://slickdeals.net/f/19596804-50-google-play-egift-card-5-target-egift-card-email-delivery-50), that are not Circle offers, and can apparently be bought in guest checkout with the resulting bonus Target gift card getting sent to your email, but not automatically getting locked to your account.
If the deal text on the product page is red, it's not a Circle offer. If it's teal-colored with a small tag image before the text, it is a Circle offer.
