Great idea! I've already got the blond ponytail, so that would be a start. DH used to have the black hair. Now it's leaning more toward the salt side of salt & pepper. Teehee I'm loving all these ideas to choose from. After I look them all up to see what we'd need, I'm going to let DH help me pick one.

We used to play Mad Gab a lot. It's a fun game. What does she want the game for? My guess is she'd rather have the full size version, than get the travel size + other items. You may get the travel size version & it provide a different experience. She'd still want the full size version. If you want to give her more items, you could add a gift bag of the freebies we get to the more expensive games. I always find it safer to get exactly what the person asked for.

I'm afraid she's picked up on my lack of excitement, because she's been giving my DH & I money for the past few years. It makes me feel bad to think she may be upset by my response. I try my best to act thrilled with any gift whether I like it or not. My nieces buy me costume jewelry that I've had to feign excitement over. I need to at least keep up with the latest trends, even if I don't wear them. I'm trying to embrace them though, & learn to love them.

The cruise ship we're sailing on is supposed to have a walk for the cure once per cruise. You pay $25 to walk. I'd love to participate, but some days I couldn't make one mile. I told my DH we could participate & walk as much as I'm up to. It's a great thing you're doing. You have a very big heart. hug

I probably still won't wear some of the jewelry they bought. Blush Some of it has round discs, pearls, etc. on the same necklace. That's a little much for me. One of my nieces got me a really pretty Murano Glass necklace in Italy that I'll definitely wear. It will go really well with the bronze set of bracelets I got from Express. Now, I need earrings to wear with them. I know most people say less is more, but I don't like wearing a necklace w/o earrings. It's kind of like wearing full face makeup, but not putting any color on your lips. It may be the style, but I don't like the look. It's just a personal preference. I'm not one to wear statement pieces. I want everything to look coordinated & not have any one thing stand out.

Not-sister-in-law - We feel so close now, we keep calling each other sister-in-law, even though her and my brother aren't married. My brother will take another decade to commit, so it's a way of communicating how we feel like family to one another. Big Grin Since my real SIL is a moron, I'm also considering that she would be offended that I call someone an SIL, that is in fact, not ... but it's more the first reason I gave.

That's nice that they incorporate that into your cruise. Blush2 aww thanks. I guess I feel helpless if I'm not helping in some way. Years past I did those raffle baskets to help not-SIL's walk team, but this year I'm doing the walk too!
