i'm familiar with a lot of his stuff, and it was all original and brilliant. he was an amazing songwriter and artist. that's why it annoys me so much that his last hurrah (so to speak) was covering an industrial rock song. why couldn't he do something original? he obviously had something he wanted to say. i think he could have said it (and people would have believed it more) had he done his own thing.

My friend Bob was into all the noise industrial like Throbbing Gristle. He'd sit there and exhale his pot smoke 'feedback' ahhh Crazy

Yeah, the only actual band member is Trent, everyone else was rotating cast for tours (albeit with some returning people). A couple of them went on to form Filter.
