A neat trick for jumpy trackpads is to take one of those $0.99 screen protectors and cut it to size. Apply it to the trackpad. The scrolling, pointer function, and overall behavior and accuracy becomes almost perfect. I read about that trick on a Dell forum a long time ago

Not a bad deal. It checks just about all the boxes except for a SSD but it looks like that upgrade can be done pretty simply if you needed it.

some reviews out there that it becomes painfully slow and crashes, i figured i'll still give it a shot. usually this stuff is fixed with a windows system reset full wipe and re-installation of windows 10. then let it do all of the updates and settle in for a little bit. the slow drive is irrelevant since i will be dropping a SSD and upgrading the memory to 12GB

spec wise, this checks every block

Decent price. Please note this thin and light laptop does not have an Ethernet port if you need it on occasion. I agree that adding an SSD and reinstall non bloated windows is recommended.
