The Hunter 52" Avia II LED ceiling fan features a sleek Brushed Nickel or Matte Black finish with Cased White glass which has a modern rich look sure to impress. The strong motor and 52" blade span produce over 3,871 CFM which is sure to keep you cool in the summer and circulate the warm heat down in the winter. Running a ceiling fan in the proper direction all year round can help save energy and make you feel more comfortable. In the summertime, running your ceiling fan counter-clockwise will provide a cooling breeze while circulating the air. During the winter, a clockwise rotation will move the cooler air off the floor and push the warm air down the walls without the strong draft. The fan uses 2 x LED bulbs for energy efficiency.

Thank you!
Yes I've had same issue with this brand. Poor quality control. Your sister's fans will likely have trouble again.
They're fine as a stand alone fan but their remote kits are trash and they know it.

Thankyou!
I appreciate it
Thank you - this is exactly the information I was looking for since I recently bought the 48" low profile version and wanted to do a price adjustment.

THis is all true. I went thru 3 fans iinstalling and reinstalling and they all did the same thing. At first I thought it was my install or defective product. I finally called Hunter and they had me try all this stuff with dimming the light with the remote hoping it would stop the flickering. It was almost as if the fan was having a brown out. Also one fan had a bad wobble.
Anyways they sent a new control unit and a smaller white remote. Put that in and it fixed all those problems.

Those were the 54" they carried in store though.
