Not quite... 3440 is 880 wider than 2560... Closer to 1.3 times if you think of it like that. You should look into aspect ratios to learn more about it 🤘

I've been using a 50" 3840X2160 IPS RGB TV as my monitor, paid $400 for it back in 2018, I am sure they are cheaper now. Given http://www.displaywars.com/50-inc...-inch-21x9 there is no point, if you are using your monitor for day trading, coding or movies.

Washed and yellow. Running it 115 hz with Nvidia Control Panel. Should be curved because it darkens in corners.
Was going to trade the Sammy in and get 2 Lenovo 32" QHD IP at OD, but the one I bought there was a lemon.

Some folks have mentioned the colors looking washed out. This reviewer goes through the settings he used to get a better image (he even mentions it looking washed-out before tweaking things). I thought it might be interesting/helpful for anyone considering this monitor:
