Ordered and received this Kasa Outdoor smart plug for $19.99 for two units.
This the 2021 model released this spring and is almost identical to the KP400 outdoor plug. Per one of the FAQs, only difference is that it is a bit smaller than the KP400 (see pic)
I was able to get it to show up in Home Assistant with no problems.
Previous version (KP400) was a popular slick deal at $20 in March 2021
