I've had this exact model from 2017, still holding up nicely. The armrest broke due to direct sunlight exposure and staples just sent me a pair of new armrests as a part of their 7-year warranty. The only downside for me is the dust accumulation below the chair's mesh area, which is difficult to reach and clean, but that's true for most mesh chairs I'd assume.

Yeah under mesh dust is a pita to clean. You can put it side ways and bang it amd big dust clumps will fall down or use compress air to blow it out.

Though i hate compress air methodbit just get dust all over the house.

I had this chair for 4 years. Only replaced it because my work gave one worth $1,000...lol

Anyways... it was great. 255lbs 8-16 hours a day. Work chair, gaming chair.

Yeah I just wheel it outside and use a datavac blower on it. Works great.

180 lb. and been using the chair 10+ hours for home office and misc. use. Comfort is a relative term, but I find the mesh chair well supports my weight, and keeps air circulated under my butt.

Between you and the chair, one of you is going to die. Choose wisely.

Yes from the 2017 model, upright, fully reclined, and somewhere in the middle are the three positions for mine. can only assume they've improved the design over the years.

I got this chair two weeks ago after seeing all of the rave reviews on here the past few years.. I've got to say it is not as comfortable as I expected it. I'm 180lb 5'8" male coming from an older commercial office chair.

Too bad It's a PITA to return to Staples (needs to be disassembled), so my wife Is going to take it since she doesn't need to sit In the chair the entire day like I do.

Pretty sure I tried this at Staples and it's not for people around my height or taller (6 feet). The headrest pressed against my shoulders and didn't seem adjustable
