I'm asking only because Costco tends to be the most lenient and forgiving retailer when it comes to returns and warranties, so I'm surprised to hear they're beaten by BB.
Costco only covers what the MFG covers- which explictly excludes burn in.
The BB warranty explicitly DOES cover burn in.
That said- Burn in is a largely imaginary problem if vary content and don't abuse the set.
And the BB warranty is like 1/3rd the cost of the TV.... and only gets you one replacement per like 1/3rd the cost of the TV paid- which, if you keep abusing it the same way, you're gonna get the same failure on the replacement.
Rtings.com says the C1 is inferior to the CX when it comes to HDR brightness and out of the box color accuracy.
Can you post a invoice please? Did this include 5 yr warranty, delivery?
I was on that fence weeks ago. Originally I talked myself down to a 55" and compromised with an upgrade to C1. I sat on it a few days and decided to return for a 65" CX. According to all reviews they are pretty much equal with the exception of the C1 received a firmware update that makes is Dolby Vision 4k @120 hz compatible with the Xbox Series X.
With that said... I went from a 43" Toshiba Firetv to the 65" CX and holy shit... watching anything is a treat that requires me to constantly exclaim, "GD, that looks so good."
I feel like I have a premium theater in my house. I love it. I honestly don't think you can make a bad choice between the two.. it just depends if you can justify spending extra cash.

Neither has 4K tuner? Future proof as more stations will broadcast 4K over air
OLEDs HAVE come down in price.
Getting a 77" at this price was unimaginable just a couple years ago. I paid around $2500 for my 65" E6 new and that was a really good deal at the time.
If they're still too much for you, you'll have to settle for another technology or try to getba deal on a used one as I don't see these coming down a lot further. That would put them too close to their own LED sets.
Is anyone in the US broadcasting OTA any higher than 720p or 1080i?
