Wifi 6 does not operate over the 6 Ghz spectrum. Wifi 6E does.
This is because the 6E standard uses a completely new radio spectrum which means existing AX and older devices will not work in this new spectrum since the radios they have do not operate in the 6GHz space.

The cards are relatively cheap and easy to swap.
The biggest real benefit I see to 6e is for those who have lots of close neighbors with wifi so you can have channels that don't overlap with theirs.

Yes, the AX210 supports the 6E standard. One thing to note is that 6E APs, Mesh devices and routers will only work with 6E devices unless they have multiple radios. To work with AX and older devices the APs, routers, etc will need at least 3 radios (6GHz 6E, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz)

Considering that ~82.66% of the US population lives in cities, I'm reasonably sure that new Wifi frequencies is a big selling point.

The link groups cities and urban areas together. I have no desire to discuss that, should anyone feel the need. Take it up with Statista if you have an issue.
