Wifi 6 does not operate over the 6 Ghz spectrum. Wifi 6E does.
This is because the 6E standard uses a completely new radio spectrum which means existing AX and older devices will not work in this new spectrum since the radios they have do not operate in the 6GHz space.

The biggest real benefit I see to 6e is for those who have lots of close neighbors with wifi so you can have channels that don't overlap with theirs.

Considering that ~82.66% of the US population lives in cities, I'm reasonably sure that new Wifi frequencies is a big selling point.

The link groups cities and urban areas together. I have no desire to discuss that, should anyone feel the need. Take it up with Statista if you have an issue.
If you are talking laptop, maybe. You might be surprised how many laptops don't have an upgradeable wifi card.
I swapped an AX210 into one laptop fairly easily.
Two other laptops were a no-go because the wifi module was a smaller, soldered version (M1216).
Make sure you know your laptop has a m2 2230 wifi card before you try. Its often a pain to figure this out ahead of time since it isn't listed in many OEM specs.
Try to find the maintenance manual of your laptop and look to the disassembly section and component removal. You should see if a wifi card is listed therein. If not, its not upgradeable
M1216 cards are cheaper than M2230 ones for OEMs. Guess which type they will often pick.

As far as 6E, you'll need to wait for mesh. The range of 6E is trash- 25-45 feet. Thick walls, and you get 5g, not 6. It opens up channels though, which may be useful. But not at the cost of no throughput/high price($700-$1000).
In short: This router is good until 6E mesh is affordable.
