Here is a link with a good comparison. Nevertheless, the SB8200 is great as well.

I understand but have a follow up question I have decom9 plus 3 pack can i connect s33 to the deco and I can get wifi?
You have to understand networking otherwise you can get lost with EdgeRouter equipment. I personally run the EdgeRouterX that cost me like $25 and it's a pretty robust feature set.
I know it's expensive but if you can afford it, the Ubiquiti Dream Machine is worth every penny. Had a few friends get it and they never call me for wifi related issues again. If you have a big house, one UDM plus two extra WAPs are gonna solve all your wifi related problems for good.
I have WOW 1 gig plan do you think this one is better to have

UDM/Pro is meh. I'd rather use pfSense than get UDM/Pro. I just hope that they continue to support EdgeOS because I like their EdgeMax product line than their UniFi OS based product line.
I also use ERX at my gf's place. We've been using it for more than 4 years. We also use nanoHD for Wi-Fi.

Thanks, I was wishing to get s33 and hook to deco M9 and make them as router. If that's possible or get s33 a UDM ( if you think it's straight forward) and the. Hook to deco M9 for more coverage? Thoughts?
I'd advise you against getting the UDM or UDM-P. Then again, I'm bias. EdgeOS is superior operating system than UniFi OS if you want more router features included. It is after all used in some WISPs.

Thanks for your help I have never thought is UDM side
Without being an expert. I'd say yes. This is future proof and cheap compared to original price. This is the price you'd expect for older tech. But this is future proof.
They told me they upgrading towers in my area and that's why I'm having the issue

Check with your neighbors as well--if it was any equipment upgrades then the glitches would not just impact you.
