I'm using this with Xfinity 1 GB plan. Just checked and I'm getting 943 Mbps Download and 23 Mbps Upload.

Just realize that this is just a modem so you can't use a switch with it. I've had it a couple of years and it has been solid for me. I bought it to stop renting from my cable provider and also hoped that they would move to 2gig plans since 8gig fiber is available but they have never done it. With all the bad news lately for cable tv numbers we may see investment in future improvements slow considerably.

Just picked up 2 of these refurbished on E bay for 165 free shipping. Good to see I can make my own mesh setup for cost of a new
one. Hopefully they work good.
Edit: Thought I was on page for the mesh routers W31. Oops
