Pro Tip: The installation should be fairly hidden, other than the antenna that is mostly hidden behind the rear view mirror. Install it in her car before Christmas then just give her the remotes on Christmas morning, it will be more exciting than a pile of boxes. Speaking from experience Frown

A calendar comes up and you can select the date and time that works best for you. It just shows you the earliest available date after you've added it to your cart.

This one says installation required and you get prompted to purchase installation…anyone know whether that's needed or is installation included like it previously had been at this price?

After you add the item to your cart, you'll be able to select the installation date when you pay for the item. There is no additional charge for the installation as I've mentioned before.

Hello. I only see they said appointment is 3+ weeks out. I can't pick a specific date for my location. Do you pick a date during the checkout or after you paid? Thanks so much.

I got this six months ago and everything works great (VW Passat 2017) but I'm a bit disappointed with the remote start distance.

So here's my question… what do I need to buy to get the "start from the phone" feature? Thank you all!

We got this for my wife's car a year or two ago, and it's been working great ever since.

...I wish I could say the same about the car's transmission.

Anybody familiar with newer BMW's? Wanted to get for someone as a Christmas gift but says it doesn't work. Need something that would fit a 2021 BMW X3. Any ideas?

Update: it might be a bmw firmware update to enable factory remote start. It wasn't there last time I looked and was told when it was purchased it didn't have it, but will take a look and see if an update is available now.
