Wow OOS WITHIN SECONDS
I'm in Northern California, and it's still in stock for shipping. If I change the zip code to my parent's address in Massachusetts, it's OOS.
So YMMV, and good luck.

You need to see price history before you state this is a good deal. Not even close.
18.99 is a rip off. Wow, glad I bought 4 boxes for the lower prices
The one you're referring to is still for sale for a lower price (I had them as the 2nd link in the OP also), though price has still gone up a little ($11.79 vs. your $11.39 and $9.99).

If anyone cares, I did find spec sheets for the two:
https://multimedia.3m.c
https://multimedia.3m.c
Main differences I see are that the strap material in the 8210 is different (thermoplastic elastomer vs. polyisoprene), and the straps are welded on the 8210 vs. stapled on the 8200.
