Very odd that this constant price fluctuation has been going on for 4 months, but I am very happy I was able to get the deal.

Glad you got it . You will love it.
My house is about 4400 sq foot under roof, and full coverage everwhere and well into the yard. There are currently 44 devices connected including 21 TP-Link Kasa Smart Plugs and Switches. There is some additional management availble for those devices in the Deco app including usage stats for each connected TP-Link device, so that was an unexpected feature.
Also, I'd like to add that this may be the easiest setup I've ever had for any device. I kept thinking there was more to do, but the setup literally took me about 5 minutes, and then about 15 additional minutes trying to figure out if that was really all i needed to do.
