FedEx Freight called to schedule delivery and told me it was 228 pounds. I will be at the office during delivery, so I told my wife to take it downstairs for me.
Bought this in the last sale thinking it would be a great upgrade to my PB12-NSD. Despite being much larger and heavier, it is much more "muddy" than the PB12 even after tuning and having to keep all the port plugs (without the plugs, it sounded like a cheap sub that was being over-powered). If I could return it easily, I would but it was an effort of will for us to even get this moved into my theater room and of course, placement is limited due to its size/weight. I know others will disagree, but stick with SVS.

Nothing can touch these for the price to performance ratio , in my opinion..and high performance it is
I have rocked two in my set up for a while now and I smile every time I use them
Seems like the sale price was 999, then 1099, now up to 1199....
I'm not sure if this increasing sale price is due to this being V2, although I don't know the difference between V1 and V2, or maybe inflation, or maybe just not as good as a sale as before.....
Thoughts.....?

That was the old version when it was being basically closed out at $999
The question I would ask , if I were you, is what could you buy for $1199 with anything close to this performance....and I would say nothing

Although I've settled on buying this one day, I'll wait for it drop to $999.
Good luck with that...the only time I saw $999 is when the last version was being basically closed out

I have an svs pb12, in a space that's basically 12 x 16 but with an open floorplan. Would this be overkill as an upgrade?
