Yes and no. It works pretty well for ir. I bought one for 120 dollars over a year ago and it was worth it. They did ask me to give a review after I bought it legitimately. I left a positive review but that was my honest review for 120 bucks. For 80 bucks or so, I think many/most people will be happy with the quality. Now someone who paid 250 for it may be disappointed. Price manipulation and review manipulation for sure. Then again so does apple, they just do it a bit more smartly!
