Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. I don't think this is something you need to waste time over. Try talking to a different rep and with some sweet talk you can probably get one. Using lawyers for a coffee machine doesn't sound like a reasonable thing to do.

Just my 2 cents.

So I have a long story. Ordered blue mini for $15. I kept on getting messages that it is getting delayed and I need to accept to get it. I contacted customer service why it is getting delayed when I can still place a new order and get within 2 days. He gave some inventory reasons, but, finally promised that I would get it in 2 days. In the meantime, I bought $80 capsules in the next deal assuming i am getting machine in 2 days from P2's account since she has S&S coupon. After few days, machine order was canceled. I contacted customer service again and told them about capsules which is nonrefundable which I ordered based on their promise. She promised me to place order again for blue mini and she will refund the difference. I ordered new machine for $101. But when I got in touch again for the refund, they kept on denying. I kept on escalating. After 5 agent, I reached to someone who refunded me the difference. Took more than an hour to get the refund. But I don't complain. Coffee maker is pretty awesome.
