Decency is very subjective- you have to be more specific about your use case and budget, and atx/matx/itx at the minimum.

Got a 3900X, not in a rush to upgrade. Holding for Sub 300 and this being a Newegg deal makes it even easier to hold off.

I'm in a similar boat as you and even at $300 I don't feel its worth it as an upgrade. At this point I think its more of a want than a need. I'm more inclined to save my $300 and apply it to the next platform that becomes available - either 14th gen Intel or 2nd gen AM5.
