I think its more likely most people DO own one and that you are the minority on this. I mean they are like 20 bucks on amazon.

To paraphrase Blizzard (and I hate to quote them but must) Don't you all own phones? Or laptops or tablets or any of the myriad devices you can use a hub to plug into keyboard/mouse and 4 screens?

In order to drive a 4k@60Hz+ display, let alone multiple of them, you need a proper thunderbolt dock. They fetch as much as a decent monitor to begin with.
Even if you need 100w PD unless you really need to dock it in a fancy way to save space, you can find a cheap hub that does it just fine.
If I'm going to look at a screen that big, I'll just use the 65" LG C1 on the other side of the room.
It was the sole reason i went C1. The reflections on it bothered me none to need to have a matte. Subjective opinion, but there is a difference to me for color presentation.
