I am hesitant when it comes to va panels. Viewing angles are terrible.

SERIOUSLY can we get over this PLEASE

i'm done with rgb i'm done with curves just give me flat and minimalistic design that isn't pretentious with the same feature set. wth is a curve going to do with a 16:9 ratio at 32", it's so so sooooo stupid

on the plus side, this makes it a ridiculously easy reason to just wait. gonna wait for a proper 32" monitor with all the bells and whistles and hopefully by then GPUs exist that won't risk burning your place down and can push 4k the way my 3080 can push 1440p.

a flat qd-oled 4k 240hz hdr1000 with proper rgb pixel alignment for text would be my ideal monitor. it seems like every monitor has some compromise or a shoddy implementation of some technology. i've never spent more than $300 on a monitor but i'll spend a grand for that.

guess ill just keep using my 1440p 144hz monitor for a few more years. i didn't think i'd still be using it when i bought it 4 years ago.
BOOM.

I just bought this at Best Buy and they're not price matching until after Black Friday. I'd return it but I want their protection plan 😭

I avoided this monitor for so long because of the "scanlines" finally pulled the trigger and they're barely noticeable. If you have clinical OCD maybe avoid it, but if you're a regular person this monitor is absolutely beautiful and amazing and you won't regret it.

How's the brightness then?
Is it as bad as the reviewer shows?

At what angle do you typically view your monitor?

Think this is the best monitor available in the industry right now. The price reflects it as well. What you're waiting for exactly will be along ways down the road. I have seen this monitor on display and it is just gorgeous and that's putting it lightly! You will sometimes find them on Amazon renewed.
