So if you have 2 of them, you can stereo link/pair it. It's actually pretty good. I set it up in the living room and the sounds feels much more booming than when it was just 1.

In a past deal, you could immediately cancel the music portion and keep the echo for $1. I wonder if that's possible here…

Yep. I still have my original gen 2 puck and I use it with my ecobee thermostats, hues, and Lutrons. Plus the occasional question. 😂

I think it's less about how often you do it and more about how many abuse it to the level that they issue a different policy to the support folks. I also don't know that these are always bundled as 2 separate items normally.
