You realize AM5 is probably gonna live on as a system for probably the next 6-8 years before we ever see an AM6?

Everyone keeps saying go for the 58003d or w.e but the price difference doesn't seem worth it?

Anyways, don't forget to optimize the cpu (negative) curve, that the 5000 series supports, within the bios. It'll help it you get those peak sustained GHz.

I also have a 3600 as well. And it would be a nice upgrade for me, one thing to keep in mind, what kinda cooler are you running? Because if your running something like a hyper 212 for example, and you upgrade to the 5700x you will be fine, it's a 65w chip. The 5800x however is 100w and will run hotter. I've seen tests where the 5700x kept up with the 5800x just because of thermal throttling.
Let alone the 5800x3d. So if your cpu cooler is fine, the 5700x would be a helpful upgrade you would probably gain 20-30fps.

You'll be limited by gpu. Wz performs terribly on Nvidia gpus compared to amd equivalent
