I've spent $1000's there on countless transactions and I've never had a single issue. Newegg isn't perfect but they're the best option for most of us who don't have a Microcenter anywhere close.

I'll never trust newegg again after the experiences I've had. YMMV

I just paid 1600 couple of months ago ! That sucks ! Wish I had bought the cinema 50. Anyways bass management is not great ! I am still struggling to dial it in . Very little control and options to customize ! Bass sucks .

How's the Dirac calibration? Does it make huge difference
How's the Dirac calibration? Does it make huge difference
I have done both quick setup and the detailed setup ! And found out that I liked the ACCUEQ better ! But it could be that I still don't understand Dirac too well ! Huge leaning curve ! It's not as simple as AccuEQ, or denon's Audyssey! Even YAPO is straight forward with good results ! One thing I didn't mention in my original comment is that the center channel is better than my denon for some odd reason . Very crisp and clear . But it hurts when my SB16 Ultra is not invited to the party watching a movie . My older denon use to shake my recliner !
Direc live is also very sensitive to ambient noise ! I had to send my kids and wife to the mall ! Turn the HVAC and refrigerator off ! Had the neighbor keep our cats for a day ! And after struggling few hours and losing couple of hundred dollars ( remember the mall ) found out I still have to research more about Direc !

To me personally, it made all my speakers more cohesive. It has 3 slots that you can load different target curves. I have the default curve, Harman and storm audio target curves loaded.
You have the option to increase sub levels. I used a csl calibrated umik with the desktop app. There is actually A LOT of control and customization.
I've had this unit since release and it has been great. Only unit that would make me upgrade is if onkyo comes out with a counterpart to the recent Integra unit that will have dlbc.
I am running two hsu vtf3.5, they are equidistant to each other and mlp, but would still like more control to dial them in without having to add a minidsp.

That model does not have pre outs whereas the RZ50 does.
