Bestbuy is also offering 24 months financing, with the Best Buy card on Home theater Purchases of $999 and up or you can get 5% back with the bestbuy card and no financing.

I was going to buy this receiver to upgrade from my Yamaha rx2070, due to this having Dirac calibration. But been seeing a lot of people having issues with Onkyo, so I will hold off an either get an anthem or arcam receiver.
So I bought the RZ50 from BB. I will pick it up next Wednesday. I have 2 Klipsch R12Sw Subs. Can someone please tell me what the benefit of having dual sub control is because I feel that Bass is a non directional sound that you feel. Is this for people that have much larger spaces and need to tune the overall acoustics independently?. Second if I wanted to can I I use a y adapter to accommodate 4 subs if I so desired and would I have any signal loss by doing so?

Assuming you went with the RZ50 because of Dirac.
Assuming you read about how/why Dirac's RC is better than the others(more known anyways).
If you understand the benefit of Dirac Lives RC loudspeakers integration of your system.
The same holds true for Dirac's Live Bass(subwoofer) Control RC integration into your system also.
If you understand that then you can see how having separate independent sub outs is a benefit.

That sounds like a side-grade from a RX-A2070
