A750 has ray tracing performance on par with Nvidia's 3000 series, RDNA 2 unfortunately has far far worse RT.
A750 outperforms the 6650 XT in newer games with new API. Though the 6650 XT outperforms it in older games or ones with older API.
A750 has AV1 encoding, only the brand new $800+ GPUs have it so far.
A750/Arc has better H.264 and H.265 encoding, both in quality and speed.
A750/Arc has AI XMX cores that allow it to accelerate AI workloads, like Gigapixel AI (which comes free with Arc), and a few Adobe features, and whatever else ends up using it.
A750/Arc can use XeSS upscaling, which has better quality than FSR 2, though it can also use FSR 2 if a game doesnt support XeSS.
A750/Arc is supported by Plex, AMD GPUs arent officially supported.
Drivers are improving, yes AMD's are currently better, but as we've seen since launch Intel is gaining performance on the competition.
Finally, you are supporting a 3rd competitor. Look at AMD and Nvidia's current gen pricing, its insanely high. The sooner we end that duopoly, the sooner we get GPU prices back to normal.
My i7-12700 screams through re-encoding videos using h.265. If this were even magnitudes faster it might be worth a try...

Why not just do AV1?
I guess they might cut the discrete GPU division very soon, like they did around 15 years ago.
And if they do, they would dump these cards as quick as possible, huge discount should be on the way.
Just saying.
any source for this?
Thanks for any advice.
how good is that card for productivity/content creation?
also do yourself a favor and do not buy from newegg.
It's not worth it.
