Yeah, but OP's instructions doesn't mention the message with promo code being removed. So that kind of caught me off guard. So now people will hopefully see this comment and not be alarmed when they see the message I got about promo code being removed.
I paid $400 for mine with 20% off gift cards when they were on sale at Costco.

Not saying AMD GPUs aren't good value, but don't you have to build the rest of the system with decent components first?
Lots of people also use a laptop as their primary PC which means starting from scratch for everything.
I know that components suitable for that kind of hardware don't come cheap. At a minimum it's $150 for the i5/ Ryzen 5 CPU which already puts it at $400.
