yea better than google mesh…. if you can hardwire them back to main router performance will be ideal.

I got the this from Micro Center recently, but the 2 pack. In my apartment it works great for streaming. Not so great to transfer files between computers. I have a NAS that holds my movies and the max speed is probably around 25MB/s vs 100MB/s when I was wired previously. If that's not something you do then it's really great. I love that my phone doesn't take forever to switch over to the closer access point when I move around the apartment. There might be better devices with more advanced settings, but I'm not a power user so it's fine for me. I'm using it with my T-Mobile Home Internet gateway.

If you are refering to the original google mesh than just about anything is vastly superior to it in every way. The OG google mesh was just very reliable, never very fast, never that good of a range.

That being said at around $160 we are very close to X60 price range and thats worth the upcharge for anyone who has internet over 500Mbps and larger sq ft to cover.

I would like to know this too. My current plan is 300Mbps, but only main deco is able to deliver that speed. It drops to 50Mbps on satellite.

Just bought Google mesh that arrives today. My old Onhub stopped working and not supported so needed something. Will use it until this arrives Sat. From what I've read this is much better.
I do have one hard wire run to 2nd floor so cN place one on first floor and one basically above. Guess will need to add hard wire and figure out placement of 3rd.
Thanks.

Purchasing to replace my 3 asus rt-ac68u mesh APs, since ASUS sent a bad update (even though I declined all updates) took down my home network, and wasted my time troubleshooting. Bye-bye for good ASUS.

The non-pro service is completely free and is a good enough firewall service.

U need at least triband or Ethernet backhauls to get fully speed
