Intel 670p is a low end drive with QLC and DRAM, but it beats other low end drives in reliability and overall performance. 370TBW for 1TB variant.
As far as the flash is concerned, Intel QLC is not that bad. A Crucial P2 with QLC (which Crucial swapped from TLC after getting good reviews for the product) when cache runs out would sustain writes at 40MB/s, whereas the Intel QLC would sustain writes at >600MB/s 400MB/s after cache runs out. So there is variation in each production implementation although technology is similar.

Or $80 for a not bottom gen 4 drive (a tier above the NV2/P3 Plus, whatever that is). The sustained write speed doesn't drop to double MB digits.

I haven't bought from them for years due to poor customer service. Now I'd rather pay more on Amazon or make the drive to microcenter. I use to get 90% of my builds from Newegg. My last order I ordered the wrong box of case fans and noticed on the receipt page seconds after ordering. I immediately contacted them and they said not only could I not cancel the order but they couldn't be returned so I was stuck with fans that I didn't want even after contacting them 1 minute after placing the wrong order. Since then they have lost thousands and thousands of dollars of my business. If they ever start to care about their customers again I might be willing to give them another chance
