The local store manager I bought from has repeatedly price-matched with various promo codes. First it was 20 percent off ("save20") and then last week, it was 25 percent off original price I paid ("holiday"). Beware that online chat refused to price match, claiming the policy doesn't cover promo codes. So try local store, or keep at it. My experience has been great with the local store manager; with price matches as well as the BRS900 getting reduced in price, I've saved almost $150 since original purchase.

i tried the online chat too, with no luck. How do you contact the store manager, do you just call them or has to physically go into the store?

I just called the local store manager, and arranged with him to try out the BRS900 plush in the store. After I told him I liked it and wanted to buy, he did the order and has been handling the price matches, promo codes and coupon. My experience has been great. Cheers

I got a Medium Br800 and it is firm. It also makes a 'valley' in the night. Feels great for first hour but not very comfortable for the entire night. Foam doesn't come back in shape. I called to return and store said $100 return shipping + 20% restocking fee. Which cones down to half the cost of the mattress
