While a really great deal to see $72 off on the special edition OLED switch, I decided to cancel my order for the same reason I didn't buy the Zelda OLED when it came out - I feel that the next gen console is around the corner, maybe as late as end of 2024, but I'd rather save to be able to get that console when it comes out.

If you already have an OG Switch, it's okay, save the money you would have spent on this and put it towards the Switch 2/Switch Pro that will be coming out within the next 1-2 years, the OLED doesn't offer anything else other than slightly better battery life, a more functional kickstand, and of course the OLED screen.

I read something about issues with 5ghz wifi connections because 5ghz is banned in Japan. Other than that it should be identical.

I have to admit, Amazon Prime day kind of sucked this year..... until this coupon code was out in the wild. I copped the collectors edition Zelda model. I spent a few grand in the past few hours at Amazon. Keeping the economy alive. You're welcome.
