This is a $10 less than a front page deal from a month ago and that was from Samung. Solid price on a PCIe 4.0 M2 drive that actually works at the speed on the box if you have a motherboard that supports PCIe 4.0. If you do not like an older board you might get a good speed from these if the leads from the m2 socket go directly to the cpu and not the chipset. YMMV. Samsung drives have had bad firmware but it has been at least 6 months since that has been seen in the wild. Load the free Samsung Magician to check the firmware and run the benchmark. If you want you can also turn on speed tools like provisioning. The box says it reads at 7 gb/s and I got that on a PCIe 4.0 AMD board with no acceleration or provisioning.

PS: This is the non-heatsink version which is what you need if you are buying one for a PS5.

Had this drive a little over a year now. It's beginning to fail with errors, load times and programs are having micro-hitches/stutters. Worth it when it's pumpin at full tilt. YMMY tho

"PS: This is the non-heatsink version which is what you need if you are buying one for a PS5."

This is not true. I have the heatsink version in two ps5s right now. It fits just fine and honestly, I wouldn't want to go without a heatsink.

This is the one I have in two ps5s.
