Have the 7qt one from Costco. Use it at least 2 -3 times a week, makes the best chicken wings. Also started buying frozen falafel balls and dropping them in the air fryer frozen. They come out so crispy and perfect.

Does your air fryer have any issues with plastic smell when heated? I have the 4qt from Bella and it works great, but looking for something a bit larger.

I have bella pro with the opening door, the window gets lots of grease so semi hassle to clean

I also have the Costco 7 quart. We use it almost every day.

I read online (Costco user Facebook thread) that you need to run it a few times without food to get rid of the plastic smell. I ran it twice @400 degrees on the 20 minute setting. No plastic smell after that.

I also got the Costco one. Works fine.

Mine had a plastic smell for the first 40 minutes of use. IIRC the manual mentions this and to run a 20 minute cycle. Mine took two cycles and was fine after that. No problems now several months and many uses later.
