Ah yes, I'm sure a large multi million dollar kitchen appliance company doesn't know what they're doing 🤡
It's probably safe from a fire hazard perspective, but not sure from a health effects perspective. I can't think of other contexts in which I'm cooking food at 400 degrees in plastic. But if you trust a manufacturer based just on its size and capitalization, none of this probably matters to you.
