From what little shopping I've done... which is just really here and Amazon, it is.
There's a Kohl's model that's 7qt that's now like 50¢ more, but this one can be dishwasher cleaned, and with the new "online extra discount", I think this becomes the best deal.
(smaller sized ones are costing more even)

Same here, I got $5.25 back on the phone. He rejected it at first saying I "already got the lowest price", but I explained that it was a coupon and he did a one-time adjustment after speaking to his supervisor. Maybe chat would've been easier than phone.

Snagged one today including the additional 15% discount. I'd been considering one of the larger ones units that have appeared in this price range on SD over the past week... like the 7qt at Kohls and the 8qt at Walmart a few days ago... but both of them would have been too tall to store on my kitchen counter under the overhead cabinets. This one fits perfectly.

I had the EXACT same conversation "I have the lowest price" I said I paid x yesturday, and today it's y...I can see it in my shopping cart, and he did the same "your're a good customer so we'll do it this time." I sense it's their script :/

Definitely not stainless steel. The cooking basket is metal (black), but most of the body of the machine is plastic. The touchscreen is awful and unresponsive - requires a lot of patience to use... I'd go for the 8 qt non-touchscreen stainless steel version that's $13 more at Target right now over this one, but this one is a great cheap air fryer. It works really well for fries, reheating meals, veggies. I haven't tried baking or doing anything complicated in it.
