The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint

I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

Yeah, I came here to say the same thing. I ordered the unlimited $90 plan with $45 Target GC last week, but saw the GC amount has increased to $60 this morning. I am going to have to return mine and order another one.

I purchased the deal directly from Mint. Activated the sim and transferred my number. I am only seeing 3 months and renewal in Feb. I hope the free 3 months show up soon.

Same here. I contacted Mint several times and below are my results:
  1. In-app chat wasted my time and told me after taking 20 minutes to verify my identity and "looking up the best solution" for my problem that they cannot do it and I have to call in.
  2. Called in to customer service only to have the call disconnect on me when the agent was "putting me on hold." This was after spending 15 minutes to verify my identify and misunderstanding my request.
  3. PM'ed MintMobileCS on November 17 and still have not heard back.
Their CS is pretty abysmal. If I can't get it resolved I will have to get in touch with my credit card issuer.

I just activated 15 GB one purchased from Target. I didn't get the extra 3 months. I didn't transfer my old number, because I was getting a lot of spam.

Activated and transferred number from Tello, took a few minutes. No issues, got the "free" 3 months, renewal date May 19th, 2024. Hate to leave Tello, but this is a great deal... I will transfer wife's phone over and get the referral $$. The $15 activation support charge is bs, never talked to support. Got $10 cash back, so it will just about cover the BS fee.
