Nope, not even close. It might be able to drive deck bolts/screws but don't expect it to deliver actual impact wrench performance.
Currently some home depot locations have these with battery and charger for $79 instead of $199 but it's clearance deal so YMMV. https://www.homedepot.c
Lastly, why I know? Because I have fuel line impact of this hex version and mid range as well as high torque M18 wrench so I've seen what each is capable of. This one would be able to loosen those 8-13mm bolts but when it comes to something like wheel lugs it needs Ft/lbs not inches.

Thx! They also currently have the 1/2" version for $99 with battery at home depot. Would probably be better than the 1/4" for people looking to remove lug nuts.
