Also, you have to remove the smooth brain gamer brain mindset that just because you saw it at that price at a microcenter, doesn't mean that that's the price it should go for. If you were to ask anyone who has a ever built or bought a PC I guarantee you that 9/10 times they would say that they didn't buy it off microcenter. I build PC's for a living and the heavy discounts I get from heading directly to Microcenter to buy on sales is basically the profit I make since the labor only takes me less that 1hr of assembly.
But going by your logic as the seller, I would have to 1. Base my price on the lowest price/discount/ sales /preowned (despite it being new) pricing of all the parts for the pc. 2.Further lower my price because most of the time microcenter has it by average 10% lower price.
I might as well give the buyer a $50 gift card and take him to dinner by that logic. And that's just the entry level and mid-gpu. Now Imagine if were talking about high end that costs 500-1100 dollars.
There is a difference between being a frugal spender and being and a tightwad cheapskate.

If I didn't have a video card, and I was making less than $50/hr, this is probably the card that I would get.
I don't have a 6650. I'm just extrapolating as it seems to be about the same as GTX1080 in metrics. My 1080 is holding up surprisingly well, so I figured the 6650 would about the same.
Here's a Youtube video showing a 1060 vs a 6600 XT :

The 6650 XT is bit better tahn 6600 XT, but I only saw the 1060 vs 6600 comparison without much searching.
graphics card and keeping your existing PC, as long as the power supply is sufficient.
An upgrade to a 6700 XT 12GB would be nice. (much faster than 7600 XT 16GB)

I'm currently running
amd ryzen 5 2600x
msi b450 gaming plus (ms-7b86)
GeForce 1060
32gb ram (just upgraded from 16)
850 psu
So just keepu current setup and get a new video card? Mostly playing Fortnite and Valerant. Not sure if a video card will make much difference on those games?

It seems you're already getting 60 FPS or close at 1080p in those games.
With that power supply, you can upgrade to pretty much any graphics card in the future if you ever need to.
As for 32GB RAM, go into task manager, click performance and make sure your system recognizes all 32GB.
I went from 8GB to 32GB but my computer only recognized 16GB until I fixed it.
I did not know, since This PC > Properties showed 32GB. I had no idea until I saw 16GB in task manager.

Thanks for the advise, I'll save my money for now. I'll probably be good for another 2 years then w the upgraded memory.
I'm sure there are some people who take it much further. It can be an expensive hobby!

I run fortnite at 1440p on a 6600xt but I have to turn down a few settings to maintain 60fps, can't have everything on epic and have to run with no ray tracing.
You overlooked something major. Microsoft saying your perfectly eligible computer can't run their OS.
What do you think pairing this card with a I7-4790K (I know is old but Is what I have with a GTX970)

The MSI has more ram and is 192 bit but otherwise the PowerColor seems to have the better stats. Both around the same price
